Hi,
As far as the age is concerned 34 years is not very bad for concieving. There are not too much extra complications of concevining at 34 years of age, but other things should be in the right limits. What appears to me about the level of AMH is that it is below than the normal level for this age group, another important point is regarding the weight also. Weight should also be according to the height.
As you are already taking treatment in the form of DHEA which is used for infertility cases. I would suggest you to continue to consult your docotor related to the level of AMH and the weight and accordingly plan for the IVF. Since IVF is a completely planned pregnancy, it is good that you first make sure that every thing is in normal range and than take this step further.
Thanks and take care.
