34 Weeks Pregnant. High Sgpt, High Alkaline Phosphate Level. Will This Harm Baby? Treatment?

Hi im uzma.im 34 weeks pregnant ny problem is my Sgpt is97 and alkaline Phosphatase is 137 but i dont hv any itching prob.my question is,are these elevated level of liver enzyme are dangerous For me nd For my baby or what cautions or treatment should I take to manage this cond.kindly ans my worries i wll b very thankful to you.regards

The mild rise in the liver enzymes during pregnancy is commonly seen due to a mild hepatostasis during pregnancy. Mild hepatoprotective drugs will take care of this. It is not likely to harm the baby in any way.
