Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Kishore
Usually exclusive breastfed babies are less prone for gastroenteritis. Your child is looking like having infectious diarrhea as he is having bloody loose stools and fever. Continue breastfeeding, give sips of oral rehydrating fluids and paracetamol drops for fever in prescribed dosage and consult your Pediatrician for the specific management.
