3 Days Old Baby, Orange Color Like Substance In Front Of Diaper. No Bowel Movement For 2 Days, Jaundice Reading Of 11.4. Suggestions?

My baby boy is 3 days old and I just changed his wet diaper and discovered an orange-like substance in the front of his diaper... he hasn't had a bowel movement for almost two days and had a jaundice reading of 11.4 yesterday afternoon. He'll be seeing his pediatrician Monday morning. How concerned should I be of the substance in his diaper?
