27 Weeks Pregnant, Baby 1kg Weight. Diet To Be Taken To Improve Baby's Weight?

hi.. I am 27 weeks pregnant and my baby weighs 1000grams only.. My doctor has prescribed me argeva L or Gro 9.. For wat purpose this is used. can u please explain me this. And also please do tell me wat should be the approximate weight of the baby during 27-28 weeks. Is my baby under weight? If so wat are the foods do i need to take to improve my baby s health.. thank u

Thanks for writing to us.
At 27-28 weeks, a baby weight of 1000gms is normal. The supplements of L- Arginine that have been prescribed do help in increasing the placental circulation and decrease the chances of an IUGR baby. Taking a high protein diet will be helpful.
