I am 21 weeks pregnant and took a nice walk with the family. When I went into the restroom, I noticed a light brown discharge . It stopped when I wiped. Is this normal?
Bleeding at any stage in pregnancy other than the time you enter labour is not considered normal.bleeding occurs if .the placenta is low lying , 2. Premature separation of placenta primarily.although there can be many other reasons ,i advise you to visit your doctor and get an ultrasound done.in case no cause is ascertained ,you shouod be advised complete bed rest for atleast one week.
Bleeding can restrict foetal growth at any point in pregnancy so it is always better to be safe than sorry.
