2 Years Old Son Suffering From Ear Bleeding And No Pain. What Should I Do ?

My infant son has alittle bleeding and no pain what do i do? He is two years old . Had no med history.

Is there any history of ear picking??It may be due minor injury..If bleeding stops with little pressure there is nothing to worry...But if bleeding continues he needs a detailed investigation..
