2 years ago during exams my right index began to twitch. In 4 to 6 months I experienced twitches through all my body, like eye twitching, temporal twitches, feet, pectorals, byceps...everywhere. The twitches can NOT be provoked, they come and go...hundred of them during 24h, and sometimes they even wake me up when I'm sleeping. I had an EMG that came out clean 9 months after it all began and diagnosed with BFS. 6 months later I had an cervical MRI, because the twitches were still there. Diagnose: polidiscopathia, cervical canal stenosis C4-C5, intervertebral disks dehydration, without radicular conflicts. Another 6 months later after a bath in a cold river, I was diagnosed with Vertigo, because everything began to sppin around me. After 1/2 months the spinning stopped but some bad headaches began that lasted 2 and a half weeks, and then disappeared, but then I noticed that straight lines like those from windows oscillate vertically or side to side provoking me dizziness. Then I had an cerebral MRI: clean! Then it stopped, but now I have monocular vertical diplopia in both!!! eyes. An ophthalmologist saw me, made an eye CT: clean. Visual acuity 100%. Back to the neurologist made an AngioRMN. He said all is OK just left vertebral artery dominance, without aneurisms or anything else. I still have twitches and fear I might have MS due to that and that monocular diplopia. It is NOT binocular!!! But it is in both eyes together and when I look separately with either the left or the right eye. I do not know what more to do and the doctors say to me I am perfectly healthy but they can not explain the diplopia or the twitches
