2 Year Old, On And Off Fevers, Diarrhea, Runny Nose, Cough, Greenish Eye Discharge, Panting. Taken Tylenol. Advise?
I have a son that will be 2 may 6th, since April 13th he has been having on and off fevers, diarrhea until the last few days, runny nose and cough (congestion) and now he has the greenish stuff in his eyes. his breathing was little funny a couple of times kinda like panting almost. His fever up until yesterday never got above 99.9 yesterday it hit 103.2. i gave him tylenol and it came down. but he has been back and fourth for the last week and half. could this just be allergies, teething or does he need to be seen by his doctor?
Hi dear,
It doesn't seem to be just allergy. 103 degrees doesn't seem to be just due to teething. It may be due to a viral infection which will settle on its own. But a visit to the doctor and his confirmation that nothing serious is going on, will always help.
Take care. Don't worry he will be fine.

Hi,
Thanks for placing your query here.
I can appreciate your concerns.
The boy seems to be suffering from viral infection for last nearly 2 weeks.
In view of development of high fever ,there is possibility of having developed sinusitis as a complication of upper respiratory infection.
You need to show him to an ENT doctor as he might need antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wish him speedy recovery.
