2 Year Kid Got Hit On Ball, Had Horrible Sound During Hit, Not Even Bump On Bump. Anything To Worry?

We were at a minor legue baseball game tonight. bef toore the game even started my 2 yr old got hit with a ball. Two guys were practicing and the pitcher was pitching straight towards us to another player as he missed and it bounced off the ground and hit her in the back of the head .It was a HORRIBLE sound. Emt looked at her. Not even a bump on he head. It's hard to believe because the sound of the ball hitting her head was the sound of the ball hitting
