17 Year Old Trying To Get Pregnant. One Of The Ovaries And Tube Removed Due To Tumor. How Can I Increase My Chances Of Pregnancy?

My name is kayla and I'm 17 fixing to be 18 I was 16 when I had my right ovary and right tube removed because I had a tumor. I have been trying for a year to get pregnant with my boyfriend but the test are all negative I'm not having much luck how can I increase my chances of getting pregnant and can I ask my docter to check to see if I'm fertile,? Or to give me a hormone shot to get pregnant faster, but will he say no with me being so young. I want to do early in life incase something happens later on in life that messes up me being able to have kids. I need ur help

Even if one of the ovaries have been removed, the chances of pregnancy are there. Your other ovary takes over the function of ovulation every month. The healthy diet with antioxidant supplements will enhance the chances of ovulation.
