hi i am dr Usman.
i can understand the agony you are going through. i dont know whether your bulge is causing compressing on your nerves or not? anyway i would advise if you can have a short course of steriods. it really helps in some cases. also start taking pre gablin 75 mg OD. its help relieve neurogenic pain. thanks
