welcome to HCM

i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of ACID PEPSIC DYSPEPSIA may be the cause for your sufferings.

possible causes include;

behavioral factors; stress

local factors; h.pylori infection,gastritis,irregular diet,eating junk food,sedentary lifestyle etc.

there is another possibility like DIVERTICULITIS;inflammation of balloon-like protuberance due to excess Gas pressure in intestines.often caused by additives in food,or low blood sugar.

x-ray with barium enema may confirm the diagnosis.

I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
