16 Weeks Pregnant. Have UTI. Prescribed Medication, Not Taking. Will This Affect Baby?

Hi, My name is laci and I am 16 weeks pregnant. When I had my second appointment my doctor informed me that I had a UTI and prescribed me some medications. Due to unexpected things that have been going on such as my car breaking down and having to get that fixed. I have not been able to get out my medication yet. Am I putting my baby at risk? Is it already to late? What should I do?
