13 Years Old Boy Is Suffering From Chest Pains

my grandson is 13 years old and is very sporty playing football and swimming. he has recently been getting pains in his chest whilst he is training, he also says that his heart feels like its beating to fast it seems to return to normal when he stops, he is very slim
