11 Yrs Old. Having Bad Headache, Short Of Breath, Dizzy, Swollen Lymph Nodes. Eczema Bad. Cause?

Daughter 11 yrs old had been having bad headaches off and on for 2 yrs . History of severe food and environmental allergies . She has a hard time going to sleep at night . During physical activity she gets short of breathe , and so dizzy she can t walk or lift her head . This last for about 1 hour .right now she has swollen lymph noids on each side of jawline throat doesn t hurt has had EEG and xray of sinus both normal . She also has horrible breath . Bloodwork done 3 months ago was fine . She has asthma . It rarely flares up however, the eczema is extremely bad . She started her mentrual cycle at 9 yrs old .What is causing this problem ?

All her symptoms are close to asthma like diseases causing exertional breathlessness. In addition child has symptoms signs suggestive of tonsiloadenoiditis, which may need evaluation with xray nasopharynx.
