Hi dear

Welcome to Health care magic

Not necessary that these rashes are because of medicines.
There is multifactorial possibility of rashes over the body especially in children.

They could be
Viral rashes.
Arthritis itself may be the cause of rashes.
Drugs may also be responsible.

Important thing is that rashes are usually harmless, except the cosmatic look, they could be the symptoms of any problem in the body like viral fever etc.

Hope your query is answered

thanks
