10 Year Old Having Persisting Fever And Sleepiness. Blood Test Report Normal. Causes?

Hi, my daughter 10 years old for the past 2 weeks wakes up with normal fever 36.5c that rises to 37.5c an hour after and ranges between 37.3c to 37.5c the whole day then goes down to its normal level of 36.5c at night. we have done a complete blood picture and everything is normal .she is ok and active but feels sleepy what would be the diagnosis Thanks

You should get a urine routine and culture examination done for your daughter to rule out presence of urinary tract infection. If its there, get sensitive antibiotic to cure it and if urine examination is normal, get a Mantoux test done on her to screen for Tubercular infection. If both are negative, do talk to your pediatrician but don't ignore the low-grade fever. Good luck.
