I read your query and here is my advice.
If you want to loose weight you may need to check your thyroid hormones first.
You can then try to increase exercising and physical activity.
Also try a balanced diet with less complex carbohydrates and fats, more proteins, fruits and vegetables.
Use chicken breast, turkey,fish,eggs beans, green leaves veggies, whole bread, oat XXXXXXX etc .
Eat two portions of fruits per day and drink 8 glasses of water.
