Brief Answer:
Supplements are not always a necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you feel your regular food is not sufficient, you should realize that what you are taking the right diet. I would rather consider improving dietary consumption rather than look for supplements.

Supplements are beneficial to those who have evidence of nutritional deficiency. If one has no evidence of deficiency, supplements are not entirely helpful. Therefore I will rather suggest to check your dietary consumption. Please verify if you are taking a balanced diet containing adequate carbs, proteins, fats along with mixture of vegetables and fruits for vitamins / minerals and trace elements. If the dietary consumption is adequate, please recheck your thyroid and blood sugar level. Further test to detect nutrients can be done before starting supplements.

Hope this answers your query. Let me know if you need clarifications.
