Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.

From the description you have given, the first intercourse occurred immediately after the onset of the cycle and hence is safe.

Presuming that you have regular 30-32 day cycles, ovulation would have occurred around 1st of April. Thus, the other two incidents also should be safe since the ovum lives actively only for 24 hours after release.

The cause of the delay is more likely a hormone disturbance. If you don't see your period in the next couple of days, considering that you are experiencing perhaps the premenstrual symptoms, please get proper evaluation and plan further management.

Hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

regards,
Shanti.V.

Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

Pre-ejaculate can cause conception if it is in the fertile period of the cycle.

Your current job is stressful and this is likely to have caused the problem. The more likely reason for your symptoms is the hormone disturbance.

However, if you have never experienced irregular periods earlier, you should have a proper clinical evaluation. Though chances of pregnancy are remote, I would suggest a pregnancy test done to clarify.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
