Brief Answer:
It’s not correlated

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the symptoms which you are experiencing has nothing to do with sugar intake and it’s just your thought process or maybe some coincidence that is occurring.

From your symptoms it seems like you are having some ectopic activity of the heart but to confirm that it’s important to get an ECG done to see the basic electrical activity of your heart.

Kindly get an ecg and an echocardiogram done for evaluation.

Kind Regards

ok so do i need to be worried? i just wanted to be reassured whether this is dangerous or not as i have been experiencing this for the last 2 months or so. even for example when i just make the bed my heart will start palpatating a bit then stops. i also had a holter monitor put on me about 2 months ago which i will also attach and ive had a blood test which came back normal and will be seeing a cardiologist in a few days, just very worried
