Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this situation is suggestive of possible cardiac arrhythmia or low blood pressure.

Did you measure your blood pressure values?

Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and a routine check up including :

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- fasting glucose for hypoglycemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for possible imbalances.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged period of time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
