Question: hi guys please could someone help me before my anxiety gives me more problems. I am a 28yr old frmale. I take 80mg of propranolol daily and want to k ow if it caused any damage to your heart etc please. I have been on it for a year now. My health anxiety is through the roof at the minute as my mum passed away suddenly from a heart attack and ever since my anxiety has been playing up really bad.

Hi thank you for your reply. I was put on it for anxiety blood pressure and heart rate. I went to the docs and they gave me 2 40mg tablets to take one in the morning and one in night.
