Hi I Have Felt Stomach Chest Pressure & Discomfort Overnight

I have felt stomach chest pressure & discomfort overnight and this morning
There is some left ear discomfort
I believe I have had Bronchitis symptoms starting March 7 of this year with very strong coughing waking up the night of the 7th with breathing difficulty.
I self medicated with antihistamine and felt better, with diminished coughing over the next ten days. Eventually tiredness was a problem carrying on until last week. Today not experiencing coughing or tiredness.
I do not know if this matters....I live at sea level in southwest Florida,recently visited XXXXXXX XXXXXXX 5000 ft above sea level over the past weekend experiencing shortage of breath after walking a hundred feet or so.
Upon return I felt a shortness of breath while walking seven hundred yards from the airport, stopping three times.
I am a 64 year old male with no known serious condition with a slightly high end of average blood pressure and take Levythyroxine for Thyroid.

I neglected to mention I have been experiencing more requent and demanding urination waking up three times a night and urgent urination needs when awake

For your current symptoms of chest pressure and discomfort, you need to get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). These are needed to identify severity of bronchitis. You may need inhaled bronchodilators based on reports.
For frequent urination at night, get done HbA1C. This will rule out diabetes.

I do not and have never smoked.
I have o my recollection never experienced respiratory infections.
I do not believe I have diabetes. My blood tests always have shown my readings well in the safe range. However I have not had a blood test in over two years.

It's good that you are never smoked. But as indicated earlier, consider pulmonary function test and Chest X-ray to rule out bronchitis. It will also help us identifying severity of bronchitis.
2 years is a long period of time. Your blood sugars may change in this period. Therefore it is better to check sugars again.

Because stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
