Question: If a fungal infection is not treated could it result in server skin reaction? I don't know what fungus it is

Yes fungal infection of skin if not treated early may spread to involve other body parts. It may spread to such an extent that in few immunocompromised patients it may lead to a condition called Erythroderma. Erythroderma is involvement of more than 90percent of body surface area. It becomes an emergecy condition.
Also it may spread to.other family members also through touch and clothes.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you treatment. I hope it helps.
