Brief Answer:
possibly interaction with promethazine and ramipril

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The day/night nurse medications contain paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, pholcodine, promethazine, dextromethorphan.

The main possible interaction would be between the promethazine and the ramipril. The promethazine can possibly increase the effects of the ramipril.
This may or may not occur and if it does would cause a decrease in blood pressure.

You can monitor your readings . If the decrease occur, it may not have an effect on you, if you notice an effect then you would need to discontinue the medication

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

thank you! So in effect any reaction to my BP medication (if at all) would lower my BP rather than raise it - which is what i was worried about - this makes me feel better about using it now as my BP is High/Normal even on the meds so a lowering would have no major effect and even if it did as the promethazine is only contained in the night time tablet id be asleep anyway - hence avoiding any dizzy spells that might occurr during the day and i take my meds at night befor bed.
So if i monitor my BP morni ng and night while taking this product i should be fine
right?

Brief Answer:
yes this should be fine

Detailed Answer:
HI

Yes, monitoring the BP in the am and pm should be enough while you are using the medication.

Please feel free to ask anything else
