Brief Answer:
Olanzapine does not make benzodiazepine withdrawal worse.

Detailed Answer:
Hi sir,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern towards the symptoms you are facing while benzodiazepine withdrawal.

But, usually olanzapine does not interact with benzodiazepine withdrawal.

You may face some sleep disturbances while on withdrawal of benzodiazepines.

Olanzapine infact helps in overcoming this sleep disturbances.

So , nothing to worry.

Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
