Question: can we grind garlic and apply its pieces or juice to the affected areas of hermorrhoid to heal it

It first occurred in March 2013. Till now there's no such severe pain, much discomfort or bleeding. But as shown in the picture, 3 days ago the lump like organ was torn while riding bike and now the protruded red organ bleeds if wiped or tried to push it back.
I have never try with any medication to heal it except I keep on drinking lots of water and eat fibre food but sometimes I couldn't control and knowingly took wrong food like non-veg, spicy and less fibre food and that's why it gets worsen.
Please give me non-operative cure advice, it is not that I don't trust surgery but to be honest I am afraid of it. One thing I fear is, if this unhealed lump could progress to malignant. Please clarify. Thank you so much, Doctor
