Brief Answer:
Probably you should add an analgesic to the treatment for pain relief.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.
Pain during and after urination is a common symptom of urinary tract infection.
I see that you are already using antibiotics, which is the right treatment for this diagnosis.
I would add to the treatment an analgesic to relieve the pain. The preferred analgesic in urinary tract infection is Pyridium (phenazopyridine).

It is an over the counter medication for pain relief of the urinary tract.I suggest you to take 100 mg three times a day after the meals.
I would also suggest to increase water intake.
If the symptoms continue more than two days you should go to the emergency for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
