Brief Answer:
Don't worry ,is a normal sign

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Vaginal bleeding up to 1 month after surgery is normal.
Many women do not have their next normal menstrual cycle for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery.
When your normal cycle returns, you may notice heavier bleeding and more discomfort than usual for the first two to three cycles.

Hence vaginal bleeding you have had may be a cycle or from surgery.
I need to know your last menstrual period to calculate if this bleeding is a period or not.

Waiting for your replay.

Regards .

Thank you for your reply! My last period was the 24th of March.I just had a baby in december, so I'm not sure what is going to be my normal.

Brief Answer:
More chances that vaginal bleeding is your period

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, Iapologize for late replay.

First, tell me.
How do you feel ?
Have you any more heavy vaginal bleeding?!

Secondly, if your last menstrual periods have been on 24 March then vaginal bleeding you are having is your next period.

All the best
