Brief Answer:
A couple of possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Just to make sure you that I understand correctly the sequence of events, the loss of consciousness happened after hearing the crack in your back, but before that, you also mention the policeman to have banged your head, correct.

There would be two main possible explanations for your loss of consciousness. One would be that the bang you took on the head caused a concussion, a mild traumatic head injury one of the common initial manifestations of which is the loss of consciousness.

The other possible explanation would be a vasovagal syncope. It is a very common phenomenon in which the body overreacts towards factors such as pain or emotional distress leading to a slowing of heart rate and a drop in blood pressure. In your case, the pain caused by the policeman actions, the fear and anguish you must have been experiencing, peaking after hearing that cracking sound would well justify a vasovagal syncope and loss of consciousness.

yes correct thats why after being pushed down then expressing two the other four black feet in front of my face letting them know that they seen what he did then CRACK on the back then i passed out my next recollection was that i was sitting on my dinning room chair slopped over they were asking questions i tried to answer them but couldnt understand why i couldnt speak loud still sloutched over and then they spoke then i must of passed out becasuse my next recollection i had a leathery glove over my mouth yes i was scream in sheer pain my pain it was cold still dont remember how i was dressed who locked my door went into a police car but the hospital reports show an ambulance brought me there they said i smelt like etol and was psychotic and aboaut 20mins after being in the hospital they took blood i got the blood work and got so so many question on that so the blood work showed no drugs or etol and that i didnt smell like alchool the nurse comment where as when the police mentioned i was smelling on drugs when the report and myself know i wasnt on any of them so i would also like to know what the blood work shows up ...my doctor told me no drug or alchool...but still with all the run around i got from him and the psych. and just want to know the results of what the blood work shows my now dr. told me that there is something showing about the spine fluid....not sure what that means but if i heard a crack on it was in the lower part of my back that i felt pressure before the crack but the way the arms were behind me and he hadnt yet put the handcuffs thats the pressure i felt were the hands would be behind in a position ...so recently i went to the chiropractor and two things my neck and in my lower back i have a bit of a curvature but he said my spine has this unusual bend the other way meaning towards my belly so i my question as well is that maybe too from that moment why that unusual curve..

and for loss of consciousness. on the medical report shows my pupils...dilated to a 3 or it could be an 8 my psychologist pointed out but i believe its a 3 and i will be now going back to verify this info....

but when i passed out was well after he did that within well about well i was screaming to the other boots and then that pressure crack then passed out i am still working with my memory....this has been such a long road to remember i went to my doctor for 8 years and he never helped out knowing that i was letting him know i DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HELP ME...and this now with the reports stabilizes somewhat that i know i knew something wasnt right why was i taken from my door like that still today i am PTSDing is what i call it alot of triggers so much that all i do is cry private cause my memory is not allowing me to remember and what i read from the police it does show some discrepancy with the hospital results from the dr there they released me 5 hrs later still dont know how i got home was i dressed it was CHRISTMAS DAY at 2am when all this occured yep still in a nightmare but thank you alot more here my questions are there you seem to have to just for sure of my situation thank you so so much so i still got more questions and i will be consulting again another day i know for me this is recently been alot to ingest and opening alot that i have kept in my background so thank you for helping me understand the body fundtion of this situation because i am still in questions why did i pass out why dont i remember and this is for days on days little by little some memories came back and just still questions cause they didnt make any sense the memories at that time thats why i was telling my doctor help me but nothing yes i was in major major pains back neck body no sleep now have sleep apnea cant use it panic attacks that memory of the black leather glove over my nose and mouth and being put in a cold place which later attributed it to being put in the police car.....so putting the mask i cant yet need to want to but this PTSDing alot alot still cant...so ok enough said...i know its alot to read thank though i really want to get maybe some still dont know what i need to get peace but i guess this is a start....i hope with this i got a question....sometimes the stress and anxiety i have experienced over these years and espeically recent the crying i do but i still function my daily as much as i can with the constant aches in the body that alone can drain me physically and now mentally trying to understand what all this was so i can feel that i can go forward ....

Thank you for the additional information.

It is obvious that the PTSD plays the most important role in your current situation, the psychological aftermath has been much more significant than the physical damage.

I would strongly advise psychotherapy for that purpose and if not enough an antidepressant can be added to help with the anxiety.

Regarding the spine curvature issue, you mention the event is not the cause, such changes are very common and not due to that type of trauma.

ok yes i am see a psychologist for this at the moment and to move forward from acknowledging what the reports are showing and comprehending what gone on that day,,,,,i will think of the antidepressant for the anxiety.
about the Scoliosis i do have a slight curvature. My spine in the lombard area has an inward curve as well at that point and was wondering if i had a blow to the back approx lumbard area if that could be the cause of that injury......
thank you have a wonderful day...thank you for taking this time to explain this to me....be well....

Sorry for answering a little late, your question came during the night (due to time differences with Europe). It's great that you've started psychotherapy, keep that going.

As for the scoliosis it is highly unlikely that it is due to the blow. In theory if the blow caused a fracture it might favor scoliosis over time due to forced posture, but it's not likely especially at your age at the time, would need to confirm it with imaging anyway.
