Brief Answer:
General precautions...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I see you have no medical complaints commonly associated with pregnancy. I assume your blood sugars, thyroid hormones and blood pressures are monitored and are normal. If any of these are not done or not normal, let me know in the follow up.

If there are no pregnancy associated problems, the general precautions are to be cautions during activity as to avoid falls and injuries. A healthy diet containing of atleast 300 calories more than what is usually taken. Watch out for limb swelling. Any unusual symptoms of excessive tiredness, dizziness, breathing issues, abdominal pain, bleeding per vagina should be reported. Monitor weight gain.

Follow up with your obstetrician for regular antenatal scans.

Stay away from infectious people. Maintain personal hygiene are two other special recommendations considering the circumstances.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other specific inquiries.
