What Rash On Torso And Itching Sensation All Over Body On Sweating?

Question: I have a rash on my torso that comes and goes. Mostly notice it when I take a hot shower OR if I get hot and sweaty or standing out in the sun. It usually doesn't itch or burn but after being out in the sun for a couple hours (with a shirt) and then after taking a shower yesterday it felt like prickly needles. Drying off with a towel seemed to sooth it (the motion of gently scratching the burning itch). After a few minutes the pain went away as did 80% of the rash within a few hours, but as soon as I showered again this morning the rash came back (but no pain this time). Not sure if this is just a heat rash or more? Its smooth, not raised.
