And yes, TB is possible after swine flu.
They are 2 different infections and infection with one doesnt provide immunity against the other.
And swine flu and diabetes together would lower the immunity of lungs enough to allow TB infection to happen.

Anti tubercular therapy can be given.
The regime varies from country to country.
Every country has a protocol of its own.
Besides these are prescription drugs.
Whats more some countries give it at subsidized rates or free.
So you will need to meet a local physician to start medicines.
But its curable.
The 5 basic medicines used are isoniazid, pyrizinamide, ethambutol, streptomycin and rifampicin.
