Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for sending in question,

I can appreciate that you're dealing with a very stressful situation. Actually went many cancers in a terminal days individuals generally encountered a progressive decline in overall health with development of weakness, disorientation, dehydration, weight loss among other things. Sometimes, particularly in younger patients this may take a very long time.

From the information you have submitted it appears that your brother is not necessarily close to the final days of his life. At the same time however, cancer and sometimes acting very strangely ways and it is very difficult to predict the actual course of events from day to day week to week or year to year.

We generally recommend that family members remain close and supportive and I am sure that you're doing this for him.

I can appreciate that this is a very stressful situation and I thank you very much for reaching out to for discussion of your concerns.

Thank you for the reply. He's complaining of eye pressure, and random intensechead pressure mainly when he's laying down to be relieved when he stands up other than that he seems to be doing ok for now anyways alert etc. are those issues I should be watching for, will the pressure alone kill him, aneurysm something from the pressure?
