Could Sore, Dull Pain In Head With Feeling Of Slots In Head Hurting At Different Times Be Cancer?
I have slots in my head that hurt at different times and points feels like a line shape slots either on side or in middle do I have brain cancer or a tumor because of this head sore pain sometimes it feels dull, I m in my 30s is it to soon to rule out cancer or no? I ve been to scared to take cancer test.

Judging from your description of the pain there is no indication of it being due to cancer.
Brain tumour pain usually is constant, persistent, progressively increasing over weeks/months, no soreness on touch, with nausea and vomiting as well as neurological deficits.
Your pain is a most likely tension-type headache, the most common primary headache.
