Brief answer....explained below

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The dose of paracetamol in children is 15 mg per kg per dose and can be given every 6 hours.
So the dose in your child becomes 120 mg every six hourly.
Since 1 ml contains 125 mg ,you can give 1 ml every 6 hours to your child.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Actually i ve given 2.6ml of paracetamol to baby.. is ther any problem. Please answer my quarry
Hello,
Although dose given is definitely high but in general it doesn't result in any harm.
Look for any signs of vomiting or pain abdomen or discomfort to the child.
In case you find him uncomfortable then go to hospital otherwise just wait and watch.
Give your child milk to drink as it would neutralise the acidic effect of paracetamol.
Thanks
