Brief Answer:
Increase the dosage

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Thanks for providing the thyroid report. Let us analyse your report

1. Serum T3 level: 1.34---- It is within normal level

2. Serum T4 level: 6.74 ---- It is within normal limit

3. Serum TSH level: 10.14---- It is definitely high

High Serum TSH ( Thyroid stimulating hormone secreted by Pituitary gland) in the presence of normal Serum T3 and T4 level indicates Subclinical Hypothyroidism. This implies that supplemental Thyroid hormone you are receiving is not sufficient.

I would advise you the following

1. Increase in dosage to 100micrograms of Thyronorm is required.
2. Repeat Thyroid profile after 3 months
3. Further dose adjustments can be done with aim to keep TSH below 5
4. Daily 30 minutes of brisk walking

Discuss the above measures with your doctor. In this way your weight gain issue will also be addressed.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
