I don't know what's causing me to be dizzy. My blood pressure is low but I also bumped my head on Monday.

Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Head injury is a very common reason of dizziness. Especially if the injury was strong or you have lost consciousness. Due to head injury also blood pressure can get low. Dehydration can be the reason of low blood pressure as well.
First of all you should have your head checked by a doctor and head CT should be considered. Its because some bleeding can be present and give low blood pressure and dizziness. That is why I suggest you to do not wait till tomorrow and go to ER.
After head injury dizziness can last even a week or so. During that time you should stay in bed and rest. This is the only way to get rid of dizziness. As you blood pressure is a little bit low, please also try to drink more fluids.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
