Hello Thanks for your reply. As I had requested earlier, I would really appreciate it if you could send me a picture of the lesion. Dynamiclear gel is used for cold sores. However, it's unclear whether you have cold sores, hence I can't advise you to use it. I can advise you to apply neosporin cream on the lesions. That will take care of any bacterial infection if present. Take care

Depending on what the blisters are due to, I will be able to tell you whether neosporin cream can resolve it or not. The cream is available as neosporin cream or you can also buy fucidin cream instead. Application of one of these antibiotic creams will take care of any kind of bacterial infection if present. Hello The cream is called candid cream and the tablet is flucos. Both are available in India. The treatment will resolve the condition, however it's better to be under the observation of a doctor who can monitor the progress with treatment. Since you have it since three years, you may require a prolonged course of treatment depending upon the response to treatment. Take care

Hello Thanks for your reply. Candid cream is to be used twice daily. You need to continue it for two weeks. Tablet flucos 150 mg is to be taken once a week for four weeks. It's advisable to be under your doctor's supervision to monitor the progress of your treatment. Take care

Most of the redness seems to have resolved, however, since its starting again, i recommend that you continue the application of candid cream for two more weeks. you can mix it with fucidin cream and apply. That will resolve the redness. your partner also needs to be treated simultaneously with oral medications like fluconazole after consulting with her doctor. Take care
