Brief Answer:
It may or may not.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thanks for your question on HCM. I can understand your situation and problem.

I think you are having allergic rhinitis. And allergic inflammation is immunologically mediated.
So can transmit in children genetically. Allergic rhinitis and asthma run in family.

But this is not true for all. Few children do not develop allergy at all.

So one can not predict that your second child will have allergy or not.

Chances of allergy in new born are high if family history of allergy is present in parents.
So your unborn second child may develop similar Allergic rhinitis (sneezing) in course of his or her life.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
steroid and anti histamine nasal spray.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question.
Treatment of allergic rhinitis is as follows.
1. Nasal sprays containing steroid (fluticasone) and antihistamine (azalastine)
2. Combination of Oral antihistamine (fexofenadine) and anti allergic (leukotriene receptor blocker- montelukast).
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, I advice you to first consult ENT doctor and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your queries.
