Hello,

Everybodies airway reacts to various things that might be in the air.But such reactions are short lived and only present with sneezing or some discharge.

But when frequency of such reaction is more and symptoms last longer, then it is called as reactive or sensitive airways.Asthma are higher stages of over reactive airways.

Avoiding allergens , steam inhalation, avoiding extreme climates, treating airway infections promptly and breathing exercises can help in long run.
