Brief Answer:
most common are hematomas

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Most common side effects are hematomas, as I wrote. So patient may expect easy bruisings on arms and legs even after minor hit. This is not serious, but since blood will be thinner, this is common effect of clopidogrel. Other side effects such as stomach pain, nausea, headache are less common but possible.
