Brief Answer:
You should be admitted for observation and investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. I am assuming that this weakness arose recently and was not there at the time of the head injury in 2009.

2. Usually a stroke would cause weakness on one side of the body and on the other side of the face.

3. A stroke high up in the brainstem can cause weakness on the same side of the body and face (left side in your case). Check if you can wrinkle your left forehead. If so, then this may be the case.

4. Before labeling this as a post traumatic conversion syndrome, a stroke must be ruled out by a Neurologist and brain imaging.

5. Upload any new examination and imaging reports for further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
