Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are suggestive of seizures.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of seizures. These are most likely related to the past head injury, which would have caused partial brain damage.

You need re-adjustment of medications to control seizures. This would include increasing the dose of topiramate or adding another medication such as levetiracetam or oxcarbazepine.

If you have any brain MRI reports, please upload them.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
Headache is also related.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Yes, headache is also related to the old head injury. You can take naproxen or diclofenac tablets as and when necessary for headaches.

Arm and leg not raising is also related to the old brain damage. The dose of topiramate can be increased or an additional drug such as oxcarbazepine or levetiracetam may be added to improve this.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
