Brief Answer:
Ureterocele is a sac like congenital abnormality found in distal ureter.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

You findings suggests mildly enlarged liver.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, obesity, metabolic disorder, drug toxicity, tumour etc.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, liver function test, urine RE/ME.
Mildly enlarged liver often get reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
You may need few medicines after complete investigations.

Your findings also suggest left sided ureterocele.
Ureterocele is a sac(pouch)like congenital abnormality found in distal ureter where it opens into the bladder. It may be associated with other renal abnormalities and it may lead to urinary tract infection(UTI),calculus, obstruction etc.
It is classified into different types and you may need CT urography. You may need surgical intervention after evaluation.
