Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See the Widal test that has been done is very non specific test. It is actually an antibody response to antigens of S.typhi infection. Suppose you get an infection if s typhi by eating from outside, and your natural body's immunity fights with it and clears it off, but the antibodies get produced in the body even in absence of any infection or fever. Even once produced they take up to 8 weeks to get clear from the body. Hence the rising titres are only important. That is if you repeat your Widal test after 1 week of the first test and you find that the levels are rising, then it means infection is active in the body and requires treatment.
So, we co relate with the symptoms.
Give me full details of problem you had and your treatment history.
As far as this report is considered, the levels are not so high.
If you are afebrile now then you should do nothing, take good Healthy diet more of vegetables and fruits.
You don't need any specific diet.
However you should avoid oily food and outside road side food.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Hello Doctor,
Well i was out of station when i felt little shivering and fever. And then when i came back i got my blood test and the result was jaundice. Then the result was

total S. bilibrubin = 1.39 mg %
SGPT = 202.5 IU/L

i took aryuvedic medicine for almost 9 days and diet having boiled green vegetables, chapati, boiled water, with no spcies, milk products. But then also i was feeling that i am having fever and my stomach was upset.

Then i shifted to allopathic Doctor. and again got blood test. The results i have told you already. When i say i have fever. My body specially neck, head and stomach become warm and when i measure it on thermometer the result is normal (98 temp.) Do i have to worry in this condition?

And i want to know in what circumstances a person is affected by typhoid just after the jaundice and how long should i continue to take this diet?

Brief Answer:
Get Investigated if fever comes.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Your signs and symptoms are not suggestive of typhoid fever.
You probably has Viral Jaundice or Malaria.
If you are afebrile through thermometer, you can wait.
Else, get yourself Investigated:
1. Malaria Antigen
2. Hemogram with ESR
3. Ultrasound abdomen to see for liver.
4. Anti HCV antibody.
5. Repeat Widal.
You don't need to get investigations if you don't have fever.
Don't take any other medicine for fever other then Paracetamol.
I hope this helps.
