Brief Answer:
the levels are not too bad

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX, welcome to HCM,

The levels are not too bad. urine albumin and ACR (albumin creatinine ratio) are on the border line and urine creatinine levels-- 20-370, mg/dL. >12 Years individual, 20-320, mg/dL are normal. I would say the condition is reversible and prognosis good. Is the patient a Diabetic or hypertensive or both? Strict control of both and drugs called ACE inhibitors will bring the levels to normal

Do let me know if you've any further queries
