Yes it is high - Hematuria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query and i can understand your concern

A normal result is 2- 4 red blood cells per high power field (RBC/HPF) or less when the sample is examined under a microscope.
Blood in the urine could be due many reasons mainly divided as Renal(kidney) and extra renal.

most common causes are
Kidney disease, infections, kidney stones, prostrate enlargement, injury to urinary tract , tumors,Medications. The anti-cancer drugs

Strenuous exercise. Although it happens rarely, it's not quite clear why strenuous exercise may lead to gross hematuria.

You should meet your near by physician for further evaluation.

Doctor can correlate your symptoms with lab report along with other values like protien in urine, blood tests, urea, creatinine levels, and may ask for abdominal scan if required and helps in further treatment accordingly

Take care
Regards
Dr Priyanka
